Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring between 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, specifically in aluminum pipe sales. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and managing client accounts, all while working in a collaborative environment with other departments.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience of 7 to 10 years, with a focus on the aluminum pipe industry (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in lead generation to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to optimize sales opportunities effectively.
  • Strong track record in customer acquisition and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Experience in solution selling, with a focus on offering customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Skilled in territory planning to maximize sales potential and achieve sales targets within designated areas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify, nurture, and convert potential leads into long-term clients in the aluminum pipe sector.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align on client projects and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and expand network.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration.
