Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role for at least 1 year, up to a maximum of 3 years.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards to ensure company meets international quality requisites.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and reduce defects effectively.
• Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques to evaluate the integrity of materials without causing damage.
• Expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and control processes through statistical data analysis.
• Skilled in conducting Root Cause Analysis to identify the underlying causes of defects and implement preventive measures.
• Ability to perform Gage R&R Studies to assess the variability in measurement systems for accuracy improvements.
• Experience using Control Charts for tracking process performance and detecting any deviations from standards.
• Competent in using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for dimensional measurements.

Roles and Responsibilities
