Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Vadodara on a full-time basis. This role demands a seasoned professional who can enhance our quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with international standards. Candidates must be proficient in relevant documentation and possess a strong understanding of CAPAs, SOPs, and APQRs to thrive in this challenging position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in quality assurance, ideally in a consultancy or recruitment setting, to uphold our high standards.
• Proficiency in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to identify and mitigate potential quality issues effectively.
• Strong ability to develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring consistent quality practices.
• Expertise in Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of processes.
• Exceptional documentation skills ensuring precision and compliance in all records and reports.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data for quality improvement and provide detailed insights.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate quality standards to all stakeholders and work collaboratively within the team.
• A proactive approach to quality assurance, focusing on continuous improvement and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of quality assurance programs aligned with industry standards and client expectations.
• Lead efforts in developing and maintaining comprehensive CAPAs and ensure their effective execution within the organization.
• Draft, update, and enforce SOPs to uphold consistent quality across all operational activities.
• Conduct detailed Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to assess and enhance product and process quality.
• Ensure meticulous documentation practices are followed and all quality records are maintained accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Train staff on quality procedures, standards, and changes in regulatory requirements.
