"- having experience in developing Pre FEED / FEED/ Detailed Engineering Proposal for Greenfield or Brownfield projects ISBL & OSBL of Mid stream and downstream - Oil and Gas and refinery.
- Good knowledge of complete Proposal cycle from receipt of RFP to submission of proposal.
- Good knowledge about Engineering deliverables of various discipline of Pre FEED / FEED/ Detailed Engineering.
- Can independently handle Proposal.
- Good communication skill & inter disciplinary coordination."
