Designation- Inside Sales coordinator

Qualification- any Graduate

Experience- Minimum 6 Month experience required in sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and foster teamwork.

* Assist in managing communication with clients for timely responses and maintaining high client satisfaction.

* Prepare detailed and relevant sales reports and other necessary documentation on a regular basis.

* Monitor sales trends and market competition to suggest effective tactics and improvement strategies.

* Support lead generation initiatives and contribute to strategy development to acquire new clients.

* Track sales data and work with the sales team to meet sales goals and targets.

* Participate actively in sales meetings and coordinate follow-up actions to enhance team performance.

* Manage CRM systems and sales platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for management reviews.
