Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Nurses with a background in hospital or clinical settings to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience post-registration and must be willing to work in a home care environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a home care setting, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs, including post-hospital care, medication management, and healthy lifestyle changes.
• Maintain patient records, follow care plans, and report any changes in patient health to the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols and healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. in Nursing.
• License: Valid Indian Nursing Council Registration.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent hospital or clinical nursing experience post-registration.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Setting: Candidates must be willing to work in a home care setting.
• Desirable: Previous experience in home care nursing is a plus.
