Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled electrical designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and reviewing electrical systems for various projects. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and system designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical).
• Create and review single-line diagrams, power distribution systems, and control circuit designs.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other relevant codes and standards.
• Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and cable sizing to optimize system efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to design electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Assist in the selection of electrical components, materials, and equipment based on project specifications.
• Conduct design reviews, site visits, and inspections to verify electrical installations.
• Work with PLC, SCADA, and automation systems for industrial and manufacturing projects (if applicable).
• Generate BOM (Bill of Materials), technical documentation, and reports.
• Support manufacturing, installation, and troubleshooting efforts as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, ETAP, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, control systems, and panel design.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with lighting, grounding, and earthing systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
