Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools to optimize our website and content for maximum visibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for organic growth.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and HTML/CSS.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with paid search (PPC) and its integration with SEO.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and its impact on SEO.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
