Position Overview:

We are hiring three (3) Senior Plumbing Engineers with compulsory experience in large-scale plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed plumbing system designs (stormwater, drainage, water supply, HVAC, gas distribution) with BOQs, specifications, and calculations.

Oversee on-site plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and MEP teams to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly.

Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues during construction. Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma (with extensive experience) OR Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in building construction projects (residential/commercial/industrial).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD preferred).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing system design and related codes/regulations (IPA, IAPMO - India, IPC, UPC, ICC, and local standards).
• Field experience in supervision, installation oversight, and troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills: Project management, team collaboration, and client communication.
