Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers a great opportunity to work on a variety of residential, commercial, institutional, and urban development projects, enhancing your architectural design, 3D visualization, and project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings
• Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Lumion, and AutoCAD
• Support site analysis, feasibility studies, and design coordination efforts
• Develop client presentation materials and design portfolios using Photoshop and Lumion
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and interior designers for cohesive project delivery
• Prepare construction documentation, BOQs, and architectural specifications
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews
• Ensure design compliance with local building codes, bylaws, and zoning regulations
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an architectural firm or design studio
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of Revit, V-Ray, Enscape, and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Solid understanding of architectural drafting, site planning, and spatial design
• Strong problem-solving, design thinking, and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to adapt and work collaboratively
• Awareness of sustainable design and green building practices is an advantage
