Take up all business loan operational process and required follow ups.

Managing and developing operational team under business loan section

Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.

Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio.

Required Candidate profile

Relevant experience in business loan section (Secured & Unsecured) & Team Handling.

Should have overall knowledge of sourcing business .

Good communication, analytical skills and Team leading skills
