1. Set up performance targets within the assigned territory and monitoring their  actual delivery

2. Responsible for driving engagement and activation of agent network in the respective cities/zones

3. Ensure a continuous flow of listings for the city with the help of agents

4. Regularly visiting the agents to build a strong influence over the network

5. Ensuring quality leads to agents and their account management/servicing

6. Coordinating with cross functional departments like tech, marketing to ensure partner satisfaction

7. Ensuring engagement of agents through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company

8. Strategy formulation and business development plans for the company, setting up all processes and creating the roadmap for the products

9. Drive key strategic initiatives, Introduce and promote new products & services. Conduct market research and track competition to fine-tune offering


Advantage of this role


Every Relationshinp manager will be given a task of developing networks witht the Channel Partners ( Real estate brokers) Post every 3 months of the completion of task , an individual is eligible for an increment and promotion. However upon achieving target an individual can get 4 increments and promotions in a year, rather than waiting for 1 increment in an entire year
