Role we looking in for

Position: Area Manager – ( Field Sales)

Experience – Min 6 to Max 8 years (out of which 4 years Team handling)

Qualification – Any Graduate / Post Graduate

 

 Preferred location – Thane / Central Mumbai - (Only preferred locations will be contacted)

 

 

Salary budget – 7LPA to 8.5LPA only

 

About the role:

 

Looking for Area Manager – Sales, who is well versed with tracking the team’s daily performance and hands on experience in scaling up the team. A complete revenue generating mindset through team members and elevating then to achieve targets and creating a potential of earning higher incentives.

 

 

Job responsibilities:

 

·        Team Building & Recruitment (Should bring 10-15 team members along)

·        Training and motivating team members for achieving the set targets

·        Set up performance targets within the assigned territory and monitoring their actual delivery

·        Responsible for driving engagement and activation of agent network in the respective cities/zones 



Skill set

  1. Handling bigger team of field Sales executive
  2. Deriving daily productivity metrics, in terms of no of visits, acquisitions etc
  3. Good convincing skills
