About the role

As a Manager- Project planning and co-ordination, you will exhibit your skills in planning, directing and maintaining continuous operational activities for delivering the right designs to the customers. Hands on experience onto maintaining efficient production in accordance with quality standards

Job Description

1.      Achieve Project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage performance

2.      Develop and initiate projects by managing cost and monitoring performance

3.      To identify goals and resources required to meet project goals and objectives

4.      Verify quality of deliverables and conformance to specifications before submitting to clients

5.      Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

6.      Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

7.      Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

8.      Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

9.      Formulate strategic and operational objectives

10.  Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

11.  Manage budgets and forecasts

12.  Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

13.  Recruit, train and supervise staff

14.  Find ways to increase quality of customer service
