Role we looking in for

Designation – Executive – Talent Acquisition (Campus Recruitment)

Experience – 1- 3 years

Salary range – 2.4LPA to 3.10 LPA.

Location - Only Mumbai based candidates to applu

To note - This role would be 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% Operations

About the role:

An experienced Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Executive are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


Job responsibilities:


·        Hands on experience onto end to end recruitment of mid –level /senior level leadership hiring

·        Creating JD as per the requirement specified by the stakeholder

·        Sourcing and screening profiles according to the job specifications

·        Good relation with the placement officer for campus hiring / job fairs

·        Generating and maintaining various trackers and reports required to highlight the daily productivity

·        Developing pool of qualified candidates

·        Handholding new joinee in terms of HR operations and following up for biometric code and employee code




A successful candidate for this role requires:
