Location - Abu Dhabi (localites from Noida are preferred)

·        Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients

·        Understand the core values of the company and its goals

·        Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities

·        Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face

·        Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails

·        Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

·        Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries

·        Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets

·        Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals

·        Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

·        Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers

 

Important points to note

· Preferring candidates from Noida location or close by locations who can prefer to work in Abu Dhabi

·Initially for 15 days’ candidates will be working at Noida location and basis their performance qualifying once will be preferred for Abu Dhabi

· A complete understanding of the product and services will be given to candidates and accordingly the evaluation will take place for them qualifying to fly to Abu Dhabi

· Once the candidate gets selected will get the domestic offer letter and post qualifying for Abu Dhabi will get the International offer letter

· Those not qualifying for Abu Dhabi, will continue working at Noida office

·  The salary bracket for those selected for Abu Dhabi location will be 5000 UAE Dirhan ( INR- approx. 1lac/ month) and the one continuing working in Noida will be having a CTC of 3 LPA
