Responsibilities:


● To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure

● Sales funnel Management.

Output - Higher conversion rate

● Achieving sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 6-10

designers. Output - Get new projects bookings

● Customer experience & relationship management

● Training designers to do sales & enabling them to achieve their targets


Qualification:

● 5+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth

● 3+ years experience in B2C Sales -

● Bachelor's Qualification: Any - (B-Arch B-Tech, Commerce) - Masters/ Specialization:

MBA Tier 2
