Reporting Manager : Regional Head – Business Development

  1. Managing existing Real Estate Developer relationships
  2. Forge alliances with Developers for all business verticals of Square Yards Group –

·        Liaise with developers for Channel Partner aggregation

·        Establish alliance with developers for Interior Furnishing business

·        Establish alliance with developers for Renting & Property Management business

·        Establish alliance with developers for Home Loan business

·        Establish alliance with developers for PropVR

  1. On-board new Developer relationships and forge alliances for the above services
  2. Monitor “New Project Launches” amongst the developer relationships, which are managed, by one, and initiate associations if launch is deemed suitable for the sales team
  3. Monitor “Upcoming Possessions” amongst the relationships, which are managed, and initiate suitable services alliances
