JOB Responsibilities

·        Connecting clients and understanding the property requirement and pitching the right property.

  • Visiting client, meeting them and ensuring Site Visits.
  • Constant follow-up on the prospects and converting them to the sales.
  • Understanding & developing knowledge about micro markets & real estate projects

·        Building & nurturing long term relationship with Clients, channel partners and other stake holders.

·        Helping clients in building and managing their real estate investment portfolio with the help of our integrated service offerings.

·        Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets and build a scalable business.

·        Contributing to sales innovations, strategic business development and the profitability and divisional PnL.

·        Establish a sales training program to train and upskilling employees.

·        Assessing Team performance and driving strategies to course correct employee performance.
