 Should be able to handle client onboarding on various products

 Should have prior knowledge of SaaS product and enterprise solutions

 Able to manage a team of relationship/ service managers who are accountable for client operations

 Should be responsible for delivery of services to client and should coordinate internal domain experts

 Should be able to work on a ticketing platform and internal reporting tools

 Should be able to lead digitization effort on client portfolio

 Should be able to engage with client for their queries, complaints and feedbacks
