Roles and Responsibilities:

This position reports to Central Business Manager

• • The role is intended to provide resolution to queries raised by internal employees • Co-ordination with different department.
• • Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards.
• • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
• • Follow strict TAT

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

• Proficient in both Hindi & English

• MS Excel / Sheets, MIS Reporting

• Excellent E-mail skills

• Time-Management

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

• A graduate from any discipline is preferred

• 1 year of experience in support role in any industry is preferred
