Role: Manager (Interior Design background mandatory)

Work Location - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing sales & design teams and maintaining sales operations.

2. Outlining and managing sales budgets.

3. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and - providing detailed sales forecasting.

4. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and - --improving customer satisfaction.

5. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership -team at company meetings.

6. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

7. Managing/ leading sales & design discussions. - Output: Managing their productivity & work output.

8. Customer experience & relationship management.

9. Managing sales & designing for 12-15 projects month-on-month through a team.

Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent

3+ years' of relevant work experience

General business skills

Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment
