Role we looking in for


Position: Investment Manager ( Property Sales)

Experience – 1 year to 3 years (experience in field Sales & B2C and cold calling is mandatory)

Only cold calling candidates will not be preferred

Qualification – Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Preferred location – Dubai/Abu Dhabi/ Riyadh/Qatar/Bahrain/Oman – International Real Estate - Squareyards

 

Salary budget –1.25 lac to 2.5 lac per Month (Starting AED 5000 to AED 10000) Fix plus 25% incentives on revenue generation + employment visa + Medical insurance Package:



Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

·        The hired candidate will join Square Yards Abu Dhabi /Dubai Office and will be responsible for Real Estate Investment and Property sales to NRI back in India and in Dubai/Abu Dhabi UAE.

·        Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them the best

·        Display and market real property to possible buyers

·        Will be solely responsible for Real Estate Sales and Business Development across the finalised location -  Abu Dhabi/Dubai/Riyadh/Qatar/Bahrain/Oman
