Job description
We are Hiring 350 Quality Control Analysts for our Bengaluru Centre.
This is a Non-Voice process, which involves the candidate to check the quality and performance of the automated claims processing system. Below are the details,
Role & responsibilities
ü Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of processed transactions and claims, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
ü Monitor: Check the quality of transactions done by the automated AI systems
ü Verification and Validation: Review and validate the authenticity of documents and information provided for each transaction or claim.
ü Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of processed transactions and claims, ensuring that all relevant details are accurately recorded.
ü Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and data security protocols while processing transactions and claims.
ü Client Communication: Interact with clients or customers to provide information, updates, and assistance regarding their transactions or claims when required.
ü Transactions/Claim Processing: Process a variety of transactions and claims, adhering to established guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
ü Data Entry: Accurately enter and verify data related to transactions and claims in the designated systems or databases.
ü Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any inquiries, issues, or discrepancies related to transactions or claims promptly and professionally.
ü Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization, including processing time, accuracy, and productivity.
ü Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and share suggestions with the team or supervisors to enhance overall efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
ü Graduation in B-Pharmacy or M-Pharmacy or D-Pharmacy is Must
ü Freshers can apply.
ü Should have good typing skills.
ü Should be a team player.
ü Willing to work in challenging environment.
