Job description

  • The focus of this role is to work with and promoting a design solution service to influencers - architects, specifiers, developers, project managers and designers, which leads to specification and securing of products to optimize sales and margin opportunities.
  • The Role would also focus on managing retail sale of the region through distribution channel with the help channel partners.
  • Person should have experience with Captive Per-Sales Solution Architecture Experience
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Professional written responses to emails, RFPs, face to face and when submitting reports.
  • Organized and analytical with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • 2+ years relevant experience in software/technology sales engineering
  • Travels extensively (up to 80% travel)
  • Design solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project or the leader of a delivery team
  • Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to enterprise customers
  • Provide training over the web or in-person
  • Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification/mitigation.
  • Develop and document configuration best practices and contribute to team training and professional development efforts.
  • Resolving issues that might come up during development
  • Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems
  • Serve as the chief technical resource and help define appropriate client support responses, as well as dealing directly with customers on high-level critical issues.
  • Oversee various responsibilities of project initiatives until the project is delivered and deployed successfully.
  • Ability and experience to manage people
  • Specifier Customers, i.e. architects, designers, kitchen designers, interior designers, developers, distributors etc.

  • Participate in market surveys as required and provide regular feedback on color/product/design trends and the factors influencing the market/product areas of your responsibility. Continue to discover more effective ways of doing business
  • Increase customer loyalty through products and service knowledge and building rapport.
  • Respond to requests in comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Relationship and Key Account Management Proactively develop and maintain an activity cycle with key account influencers.
  • Build close relationships with the key people in the above audience, guided by 80/20 rule.
  • Ensure target influencers are up-to-date with latest product, technical and marketing information. Completion of activity plan as highlighted by CRM report out.
  • Ensure no product is specified out to competitors products
  • Quarterly review of key influencers and ensure frequency and focus is increased and reflected in the CRM activity plan

Work experience as a Sales Representative.

Two to five year experience in Architectural, Structural &

Construction Industry.

Familiarity with our industry is a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

Resilient with a proven track record in sales.

Marketing or Business Administration or a Diploma in Sales techniques is a plus.

MBA/ PGDBM - Sales and Marketing

Design / Engineering qualification advantageous
