Hiring:
- Working on a full recruitment cycle.
- Estimating Budget for Positions open and presenting the budget to management for approvals and adhering to the deadlines, Running the required campaigns.
- Designing job ads.
- Initial screening of the candidates and shortlisting as per the skillset.
- Arranging & conducting Interviews and closing the requirements within deadlines.
Training:
1) Providing Induction and Orientation to any new joiners and making them aware of
company rules and policies.
2) Taking care of Orientation of New Joiners and making them aware of
company rules and Policies.
Administration:
- Managing employee records.
- Issuing offer letters and appointment letters to employees.
- Getting contracts signed and collecting cheques.
- Managing office inventory, and stationery, and maintaining proper records.
- Managing office hardware (desktops, laptops, cables, mice, keyboards, etc.) and maintaining proper records.
- Distribute job responsibilities among office helpers.
- Keep a check on office cleanliness and office maintenance tasks, performed by office helpers.
- Ensure notifications and announcements are notified via. software and emails.
- Organizing employee fun activities for maintaining a happy working environment.
- Assist in the conduct of the annual salary and incentive review process, ensuring information is accurate and efficiently processed.
- Clearing the Exit formalities.
- Addressing employee grievances.
- Ensure personal adherence to workplace health and safety requirements and either address or brings them to management’s attention.
Payroll:
- Monitoring attendance records on a regular basis.
- Ensuring employees are adhering to leave policy.
- Ensuring team leads are well informed about their team member's unavailability.
- Salaries should be confirmed, approved, and sent to the finance department by the 2nd of the following month.
