Job Role Java Developer – ECM

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, migrating, maintaining, and enhancing ECM solutions, as well as overseeing the migration of millions of documents.

This role requires strong Java development skills, familiarity with ECM platforms, and the ability to handle large-scale document migrations fast, efficiently and securely.

Mandatory Skills:

 4+ years Java development

 Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

 Extensive experience working with ECM platforms such as ECM FileNet, Documentum, or strong working knowledge of S3.

 Experience with database systems and SQL queries.

 Prior experience in ECM development and implementation projects. Familiarity with additional ECM platforms such as OpenText, Alfresco, or SharePoint.

 Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience working with cloud-based ECM solutions.

 Understanding of document conversion and data extraction techniques.

 Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.

 Knowledge of document archival and retention

policies.
