Qualification, Experience & Skills.

1. 2-3 years related industry experience in manufacturing.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering.
3. Possess production hands-on experience in production line planning, production control, engineering methods for process controls, input / output balancing, FIFO methodology, cycle-time management, productivity improvement and line staffing.
4. Knowledge on Solar or Semiconductor process flow and manufacturing system
5. Knowledge of tools and methodologies like SPC, SPS, FMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis, TPM, etc.
6. Hands-on experience with Lean Production System development preferred
