Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Thane. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of public transportation technology. Ideal candidates will have a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The role requires expertise in developing comprehensive solutions to overcome challenges faced by transit agencies, leveraging our technology stack to build efficient and reliable systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in React (Mandatory skill) is crucial for building and maintaining interactive and dynamic web applications.
• Strong skills in Node.js (Mandatory skill) to ensure efficient server-side application development and management.
• Competence in developing and integrating RESTful APIs (Mandatory skill) is a must for ensuring smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, providing a solid foundation for dynamic and responsive web application development.
• Professional knowledge of TypeScript, offering strong typing and improved development efficiency and code reliability.
• Experience with AWS to manage and deploy services in a scalable and efficient manner, ensuring high availability of applications.
• Skilled in Docker for creating, deploying, and managing containerized applications, facilitating efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Proficiency in GraphQL to optimize data retrieval by allowing clients to request specific data, improving application performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end and back-end components of our public transportation solutions using the latest technology stacks.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to create robust, well-defined, and functional applications.
• Integrate various APIs to ensure seamless communication between different layers of the application platform.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of frameworks and best practices to enhance overall application performance and user satisfaction.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud environments like AWS, ensuring high reliability and availability.
• Utilize container technologies like Docker to facilitate easy deployment, scaling, and management of application resources.
• Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to feature development and bug fixes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of codebase with emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability.
