We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing receivables reports and ensuring proper invoicing. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all receivables records, customer ledgers and reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Stock reports
• Monitor and manage routewise ledgers and accounts receivable
• Conduct regular checking to ensure stock integrity and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Experience as an Billing with [1 years] of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g.,Tally, Target) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
