Description

Your contribution to the team:

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goals.

Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Create compelling ad copy and visual assets.

Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Provide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performance.

Mandatory Pointers (Can't be neglected during screening)- 

● At least 3-5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.

● Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices

● Core experience with companies of a Digital-first nature.

● Must have experience with D2C companies.

● Must have scaled budgets and campaigns efficiently over time.

● Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platforms

● Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions

● Familiarity with campaign budget management

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 people

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.

NOTE : Candidate Must have managed 25 Lacs of budget on META specifically ( Facebook , LinkedIn , Instagram)
