Description



 


Experience: 6+ years (Mandatory experience in dealer network management within the e-rickshaw industry)

 


Scope of Work :

 Identify, onboard, and manage dealers in the assigned zone, with a primary focus on the e-rickshaw industry.

 Develop and maintain a robust dealer network to enhance market presence.

 Provide ongoing support and training to dealers on products, sales strategies.

 Design and implement dealer-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

 Monitor dealer performance and identify areas for improvement, offering actionable solutions to maximize sales and growth.

 Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to optimize dealer operations.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless dealer processes and high satisfaction levels.


 


Requirements :


 Has mandatory experience in building and managing dealer networks within the e-rickshaw industry.

 Possesses a minimum of 6+ years of experience in channel sales and dealer management.

 Is skilled in dealer relationship management, communication, negotiation, and team leadership.

 Has in-depth knowledge of EV technology, charging infrastructure, and e-rickshaw market dynamics.

 Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving business growth.


 


Mandatory Pointers (Can't be neglected during screening) :

Experience: Minimum 6+ years in dealer network management within the e-rickshaw & battery industry.

Market Expansion: Proven ability to develop and manage a strong dealer network to drive business growth.

Sales & Strategy Expertise: Strong background in sales strategy, dealer relationship management, and market analysis.
