Description

As a Category Head - Destination, you’ll spearhead the launch and growth of our destination wedding vertical, building a robust category and curated catalog to craft extraordinary experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the destination wedding category and product catalog, including venues, services, and packages.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team across planning, procurement, and execution.
• Curate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers for best-in-class offerings.
• Ensure timely project planning to maximize customer satisfaction (CSAT) and unit-level profitability.
• Develop innovative pricing strategies and market-leading destination wedding packages.
• Oversee seamless end-to-end execution, delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; IIT/Top-tier institute preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in category management, catalog building, or event planning.
• Proven expertise in planning, procurement, and logistics.

NOTE :-

Candidate must be having experience in handling entire operations.

Tier 1 & Tier 2 candidates are preferred.

Not looking from Event / Wedding Industry.

Candidate should be flexible for travelling approx 50% of their time due to work at Destinations
