Position/Title – Solution Architect

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a complete and complex framework, system or product.
• Understand various programming languages, network and security architecture, cloud computing, data architecture, and database systems.
• Ensure the functionality of each project segment and check the project code for quality assurance.
• Create design documents both High-Level and Low-Level, testing plans, transition, and implementation documents.
• Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, Input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
• Architect system interfaces and business application prototypes.
• Identify, Analyse and resolve system design weaknesses.
• Influence the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems.
• Provide multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Willing to work in night shifts.
• 8 -12 years’ experience in software product engineering on SAAS products. Strongly prefer experience in products in HR tech domains.
• Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience as solution architect in AWS.
• Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience on version control application like Git preferably bit-bucket.
• Understanding of DevSecOps best practices. Experience working with integration of security tools like SonarQube with AWS code pipeline.
• Expert level knowledge on JavaScript/TypeScript programming best practices.
• Should have working experience with Dockers and any container orchestration tool.
• Should have at least 3 years hands-on experience in delivery of major, minor and bug releases/ patches for products/ apps in below categories of tools/ technologies:
• Web development technologies such as Angular, HTML 5, CSS 3, SQL, JSON, JavaScript
• Backend/ Business Logic tier Nodejs (mandatory), Microservices & REST APIs, Event driven and serverless architectures.
• Databases- NoSQL (MongoDB) & relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL)- data modelling/ database design and operations, performance tuning
• Good to have- Analytics, big data.

• Be customer-focused, team-oriented, and motivated, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Have proven ability to self-manage, as well as manage interdisciplinary relationships.
• Have proven verbal and written communication skills.
