We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Spartan Group.
As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong customer relationships.
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products/services.
Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct in-person meetings with potential customers to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Real Estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
