Responsibilities
- Provides guidance and assist seller/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine client’s needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealings.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, agreements, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best prices.
- Updating all the information and scheduling property visit
- Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are connected
- Aware about every new projects with full details
- Convince client for property
- Visit the properties to client according to requirements.
Requirements & Skills as a Sales Executive :
- Excel knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Should be competitive and confident
- Should be focused on delivering the best for their respective companies
- Should have selling, and negotiation skills
- Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets.
- Fast learner and passion for sales
