We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our Water Pump Division. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated geographical area, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the water pump( Not Compulsory) market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and make informed business decisions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Experience in Sales is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications ..</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.</li></ul>
