We are looking for a Registrar to join our team of OBG at SS Sparsh Hospital, Rajarajeshwari Nagar .&nbsp;<ul><li>&nbsp;Accompany consultants in rounds and executing their orders.</li><li>Assisting in OT / therapy / medication and other specialized medical care for treatment and prevention of illness.</li><li>Management of post-operative patients in recovery room / ward / ICU.</li><li>Ward and labour room management.</li><li>Record patient medical and treatment histories.</li><li>Assist in treating women during prenatal, natal and post-natal periods as per the orders of the consultant.</li><li>Coordination with nursing staff in delivering quality patient care..</li><li>Handling case sheets and preparation of discharge summaries &amp; other duties as assigned. </li><li>Monitor patients’ conditions and progress during their stay in the hospital.</li><li>To perform any job / task as assigned by the superior.</li><li>To adhere to safety norms of the hospital and follow both patient and staff safety rules.</li><li>To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives</li><li>To attend night calls / duties as per the requirement of the department</li></ul>
