We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and setting up meetings with decision-makers in India and international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in the IT services and staffing industry.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Initiate conversations with prospects, understand their business needs, and position relevant services.
  • Ask probing questions to uncover pain points and tailor conversations to showcase solutions.
  • Nurture leads through continuous follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams (Sales, Delivery, etc.).
  • Ensure all stakeholders are well-prepared for discussions by sharing relevant insights and documentation.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on target accounts and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports on lead status, meeting outcomes, and pipeline health.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in pre-sales, lead generation, and B2B sales (IT services and staffing industry preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of IT services, staffing solutions, and global business practices.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales tools, and research techniques.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
