JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Manager – Amazon & Noon Marketplace, UAE

JOB LOCATION: Wadala West, Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Marketplace Manager for UAE to oversee the end-to-end management of Amazon & Noon (3P/Seller Central). This role is responsible for sales growth, operational excellence, account management, advertising optimization, and strategic execution to meet business targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Achieve Sales Targets – Drive revenue growth for assigned marketplace

• Marketplace Operations – Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions

• Account Management – Handle relationships with assigned marketplace account managers

• Advertising & Promotions – Plan & execute Ads and promotions

• Seller Performance & Compliance – Ensure account health & resolve issues

• Sales & Data Analysis – Track key performance metrics & optimize for higher conversions

• Payment Reconciliation – Verify payments, deductions & fees monthly. Dispute incorrect deductions.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in handling Amazon 3P (Seller Central) and/or Noon 

• Hands-on experience in pricing, promotions, PPC campaigns & marketplace strategy

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
