Job Overview

Join SPARC STUDIO as a Senior Interior Designer at our Bengaluru location. This full-time, mid-level position requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience. As a key part of our design team, you'll collaborate with skilled associates to bring innovative ideas to life through superior interior design solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong drafting skills and attention to technical detail and compliance with design specifications.
• Experience in SketchUp for 3D modeling to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and team members.
• Knowledge of Revit for creating construction documents and schedules while efficiently managing project details.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling client presentations and detailed design documentation.
• Strong skills in 3D Rendering to produce visualizations that help communicate design intent clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Project management experience to ensure that all phases of design and build projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles to ensure our projects are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient.
• Excellent client presentation skills to effectively articulate vision, budget considerations, and project timelines to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to integrate design ideas and ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to refine the vision.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and budgets to guide project implementation and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project execution is in accordance with design intent and quality expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge and incorporate into design practices.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to nurture professional growth within the team.
