As a Co-Founder with Investment, you will not only invest capital or manpower into the company but also actively contribute to the strategic and operational planning. You will work alongside the existing leadership team to drive the company's vision forward, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals. This is a pivotal role that requires both financial commitment or manpower investment, and strategic insight.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial or manpower investment to support the company's growth and development.
- Collaborate with other founders and the leadership team on strategic planning and decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to the executive team.
- Represent the company in external meetings with stakeholders and potential investors.
- Drive the creation and execution of business plans.
- Ensure the company's long-term viability and growth through sound financial and strategic decisions.
- Manage an app and web app for all marketplace modules, including designing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.
- Conduct market analysis and develop updated applications in line with current trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a successful investor or entrepreneur.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, marketing, and operations.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to offer strategic vision and long-term planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of successful investments or business exits.
- Ability to commit significant time and resources to the company.
- Technical knowledge of mobile applications, web applications, and programming.
