Job Overview

Spandana Hospital is seeking a Junior Pharmacist to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will support our healthcare services by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year to maximum 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Pharma sales & Dispensing medicine
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical research and drug development processes.
• Experience in regulatory compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of clinical trials management to support new drug testing and evaluation.
• Proficiency in quality control procedures to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Dispense medications as per prescriptions and ensure accurate delivery to patients.
• Monitor patient drug therapies and provide interventions as necessary.
• Maintain records of all medication orders and supply transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
• Conduct pharmaceutical research to support the development of new drugs and treatments.
• Participate in clinical trials and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report any adverse reactions or quality issues with medications.
• Educate patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
