- Strong understanding of quality control (Mandatory skill) to maintain high standards within the laboratory environment.
- Competence in data entry to accurately record and manage laboratory data and findings.
- Experience in centrifugation for the separation of samples and compounds during laboratory procedures.
- Knowledge of microscopy techniques to analyze samples and draw critical insights during the testing process.
- Attention to detail for meticulous management of laboratory processes and result analysis.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with medical and administrative staff within the hospital.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
- Prepare and process samples, ensuring correct labeling and storage to maintain integrity.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and in proper working condition at all times.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results and comply with hospital standards.
- Record, analyze and interpret scientific data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide support and insights for patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements within the laboratory environment.
- Assist in the development of laboratory protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
