Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in IT support, providing onsite and remote troubleshooting to end-users across hospital departments (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Administration, managing operating system updates, user accounts, and security protocols (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues efficiently within critical healthcare settings (Mandatory skill).
• Thorough understanding of network security protocols to safeguard patient and hospital data against breaches and unauthorized access.
• Experience with hardware setup, installation, and maintenance of computers, printers, and medical IT equipment.
