The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) professional will support Spandana Hospital's mental health care objectives by providing evidence-based CBT interventions. This junior-level, full-time position in Bangalore is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in CBT techniques, including cognitive restructuring and behavioral interventions (Mandatory skill)
• Strong active listening abilities to ensure clients feel heard, understood, and respected during therapy sessions (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience conducting thorough client assessments to identify cognitive patterns and psychological needs (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that align with established therapeutic goals
• Experience in delivering psychoeducation, helping clients understand the principles of CBT and their relevance to recovery

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing structured interviews, standardized tools, and observation to determine treatment needs
• Design, plan, and implement individualized CBT interventions tailored to client diagnoses and presenting problems
• Deliver evidence-based psychoeducational sessions to clients and their families regarding therapy processes and mental health strategies
• Regularly monitor client progress through outcome measures, session feedback, and behavioral tracking
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with hospital policies and ethical guidelines
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and ensure adherence to professional standards of care and ethical codes
