Job Overview

Spandana Hospital is seeking a Junior Anesthetist to join our team at our Bangalore location. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in performing anesthesia-related procedures and monitoring patient care during surgeries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with patient monitoring systems to ensure safety and manage anesthesia depth effectively.
• Expertise in airway management techniques to secure and maintain a patent airway during procedures.
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia procedures to administer anesthesia for specific body regions.
• Ability to apply crisis resource management principles in high-pressure situations during medical procedures.
• Skills in epidural administration for effective pain relief and anesthesia in labor and surgery.
• Competence in operating anaesthesia machines (Mandatory skill) for administering and monitoring anesthesia gases.
• Capability in performing ultrasound-guided blocks (Mandatory skill) for precise nerve block administration.
• Expert in conducting preoperative assessments (Mandatory skill) to evaluate patient readiness and minimize risks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Conduct preoperative assessments to determine appropriate anesthesia plans and identify potential risks.
