SPACEINNONXT Company is hiring for Business Development Associate on a full-time basis. We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients by visiting Educational institutions and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.



·    Create and build awareness of the organization or client’s brand to boost the success of marketing campaigns and sales.

·    Ensuring the marketing materials are used efficiently.

·    Completing the marketing analysis in determining how a market campaign is performing, with regular updates.

·    Presenting our products to the Educational Institutions.

·    Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

·    Coordinate with the in-house departments to progress in a prolific way of functioning.

·    Develop marketing plans in a unique way pertaining to the products and the services.

·    Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

·    Identify new business opportunities and partners.

·    Managing the development of marketing materials for ex: leaflets, flyers, posters, newsletters, magazines, and many others.




·    Proven experience proofs to demonstrate.

·    Excellent communication skills.

·    Good research abilities in order to do pre-branding.

·    Detail-oriented and well-organized.

·    Interpersonal skills needed include listening skills, resolution skills, convincing skills, etc.

·    Handling the customer in identifying brand awareness.




Designation : Business Development Associate (BDA)

Qualification : Any Degree

Work Experience : 3-5 years

Salary : 3.6 LPA (Up to 50k Incentives)

Note: 50% of the salary will be provided in the training period

Joining : We are looking out for candidates who are willing to join immediately

Training Period : One Month

Work Location : Bangalore & Chennai
