JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE


A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE is an individual who builds relationships with new and existing clients in order to build sales


We Spaceinnonat are looking out for a Business Development Associate to join our team! As a BDA you will be responsible for conducting market research, promoting company products, and building client relationships.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Developing and executing strategic sales plat


> Documenting the sales process and closing


> Managing customer relationsh


>Growing eating accounts


>Working on behalf of the bettermental works with the team in ensuring all the stakeholders are informed of the progress of the sales tram

>Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process

>Creating proposals and presentation material

> Ensuring that all the Business developmental activities are coordinated and executed in a

>scheduled timely manner

>idifying and developing new business opportunities


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


>Strong Presentation skills


>Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing


> Minimum of X years of experience in sales or a similar role


> Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) > Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software effectively


>Ability to overcome objections and manage time

 > Excellent oral and written communication skills > Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Ability to quickly learn and use new technology


>Strong business skills Excellent time management and organizational skills


➤ Ability to work well in a team and independently Strong leadership and people management skills


> Ability to work under pressure >Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment




The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
