- Proven good communication skills.
- Knowledge of network printers and scanners.
- Confidence in handling client interactions via calls, emails, and team chats.
- Familiarity with Office 365.
- Good knowledge about Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
- Understanding of computer hardware.
